HVAC Service Technician

Are you ready to join our team as a HVAC Service Tech?

Do you have a knack for troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems? Are you looking for a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same? Look no further, Modern Heating & Air in Altoona IA is seeking a talented HVAC Service Tech to join our team!

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers by diagnosing and repairing heating and cooling systems. You will work closely with our Service Manager to ensure timely and efficient service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems
  • Diagnose and repair malfunctions in heating and cooling systems
  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain necessary repairs
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager to prioritize service calls
  • Maintain accurate records of all service calls

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in HVAC service
  • EPA certification
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
